Beginning this month, endurance cyclist and fastest woman to cycle around the world unsupported, Jenny Graham, is undertaking a pedal-powered tour of the UK to celebrate the launch of her debut book Coffee First, Then The World. Along the way she’ll be hosting over 20 talks and joining 10 Coffee First community roll-outs in collaboration with a number of community cycling groups around the country.

Over the month, Jenny will ride 1200 miles starting in the south of England. She’ll visit 20 venues throughout England, Wales and Scotland, finishing up in her home of Inverness.

During the events, Jenny will be sharing stories of her record breaking solo lap of the planet by bike. Recalling terrifying near-collisions on Russian roads, weather extremes, the kindness of people and exhilarating wildlife encounters as she battled through physical and mental challenges in a race against the clock, Jenny completed her 2018 circumnavigation in 124 Days, 10 hours and 50 minutes.

As well as talking about her new book, Jenny will be joining groups on 10 community roll-outs, which include a variety of rides that are accessible to different abilities. Partnering with Ride with GPS, each roll-out has its own RSVP page, so participants can get involved by simply clicking a link to sign up to their local ride.

The aim of the roll-outs is to celebrate the cycling community, and for Jenny, serves as a perfect antidote to the long, lonely periods of screen time involved in writing a book! Coffee First, Then The World is now available to pre-order and tickets are on sale for the community roll-outs here.
