Ease of Use
One of the Tread’s standout features is its plug-and-play design. Requiring no assembly, it comes equipped with a 1.2m gas hose and regulator, burner guard, stone adjustment tool, and a digital manual. Simply connect it to a propane gas source, and you’re ready to unleash your inner pizzaiolo. The oven’s rapid cool-down time is particularly advantageous for the itinerant chef, allowing for swift packing and movement post-feast.
Accessories
Gozney offers a suite of accessories tailored for the Tread, including the Venture Stand, Venture Bag, Roof Rack, Roof Rack Server, Mantel, and specialised peels for pizza placement and turning. These are absolutely essential and you must turn your pizza every 15 secs or so or you’ll blacken the skies around the camp never mind the oven itself. These additions are pricey again but they do enhance the overall cooking experience, providing added versatility and convenience.
Design and Portability
The Tread is impressive engineering, boasting external dimensions of 418mm in width, 484mm in depth, and 320mm in height. Its internal cooking chamber measures 310mm by 380mm, with a height of 150mm, providing ample space to craft a 12-inch pizza. Thoughtful touches like the removable stone and easy clean-down are very welcome also.
