It’s said that the highest risks come with the greatest rewards and BASE jumping is surely the absolute pinnacle of that sentiment – the perfect balance between calculation and total lack of control. So what does it take for someone to commit everything to one of the world’s most dangerous sports?

Tim Howell is a man who lives his life on the edge, peering from some of the world’s highest peaks before he inevitably surrenders to gravity.

“You can put as much effort  into the preparation as possible But until you’re there at the exit point you don’t know where it’s going to go,” says Tim.
